These past couple of weeks have been getting harder.  I have been slacking a little bit with my exercise and my eating habits.  I havent been too bad, but I have been giving into temptations a little too easily.  I really do wish I had a work out buddy.  I havent found a person in my family who will workout with my and all my close friends live in different towns.  I will just have to stay strong with self motivation and I guess that is the best motivation of all.  I did hit my twenty pound loss last week which was amazing.  I will continue to work hard and I do thank all of you for the comments and support online.  If any of you are trying to lose weight too please leave me messages of your progress and struggles as well.  Thanks.

  1. Wow! 20 pounds! That's awesome. You go girl!! You can do it, keep motivated. Put up some pictures of what you want to achieve on your door so you see them before you leave. Visual reinforcement! I believe in you!
